The planner’s due-now alerts and sounds work only while the planner page stays open. A closed tab, a device that went to sleep, or muted audio can all stop them, so keep the page open and your device awake during a cook. The timeline itself is still correct; treat the printed times as the source of truth and a thermometer as the safety check.

No. Every guide, calculator, and chart on Pitwright is free and works without an account. Command Packs are paid PDFs. An email address is asked for only when you buy a pack or request the free cheat sheet, so Pitwright can deliver it.
Delivery begins after Stripe confirms payment. Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email address used at checkout. If the PDF is still missing, email [email protected] with the pack name and the checkout email address. Do not send card details. Pitwright aims to reply within two business days and will resend your pack once the purchase is confirmed.
