Cooking guidance

Pitwright offers timing, temperature, and technique guidance for smoking meat. It is advice, not a guarantee. You run the fire, and you are responsible for food safety, including cooking to safe internal temperatures and handling raw meat properly. Pitwright is not liable for the outcome of a cook or anything that happens at your pit.

Command Pack purchases and delivery

Command Packs are digital PDF products sold as a one-time purchase. Stripe hosts checkout and confirms payment. After payment is confirmed, Pitwright sends the purchased PDF to the email address entered at checkout. No physical item is shipped.

You are responsible for entering an email address you can access and for checking spam or junk folders. If delivery does not arrive, contact [email protected] with the pack name and the email address used at checkout.

Refunds

Because a Command Pack is a digital file delivered after purchase, sales are final once the file has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law. If you are charged twice, receive the wrong file, cannot open the file, or do not receive delivery, contact [email protected]. Pitwright will provide a working replacement or a refund when the problem cannot be corrected.

Your data

Core cook data stays on your device. The details are in the privacy policy.

Content and purchase license

The content on pitwright.com, in the Pitwright app, and in each Command Pack belongs to Pitwright. A Command Pack purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use and print that PDF for your own cooking. Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the file as a product of your own.
